Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of receipt. This includes the time required to verify payment, prepare your eyewear, and perform quality checks.

During peak periods or promotional events, processing times may be extended. We will notify you of any significant delays.

Orders can be picked up daily, from 10am to 9pm. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.

Shipping Options

  • International Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days.
  • UAE Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 2-3 business days.
  • Express Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 1 business day.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.

Delivery Areas

  • Anywhere in UAE.
  • For international orders, additional customs duties and taxes may apply, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment.
  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to be updated.

Delivery Issues

  • If you do not receive your order within the estimated delivery time, please contact our customer service team at info@eyez.ae or call +971 50 561 6174 for assistance.
  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Order Cancellation and Changes

  • Orders can be canceled or modified within 1 hour of placing them. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible if you need to make changes.
  • Once an order is in the processing or shipping stage, changes cannot be guaranteed.
